​Who We're Looking For:

​​

• A master’s degree in counseling, or a related field

• Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) – pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists are welcome to apply

• Part-time (minimum 12 kept appointments per week.)

• Option to build toward a full-time caseload over time.

• Ability to provide both in session and virtual sessions. 

• ​

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A deep commitment to ongoing professional learning, development, and growth

• Value community and receptive to collaborative work.

        * Preference will be given to candidates with training or certification in mindfulness, somatic                practices, attachment-based care, compassion-based approaches, or meditation.

• Flexible scheduling within required availability

• Hybrid model: online and in-person (with in-person being required)

• Weekly clinical supervision and support for both pre-licensed and fully licensed therapists

• Ongoing case consultation and mentoring

• CEU allowance to support your continued growth (available upon completing 1 year of employment.) 

• License renewal fees covered

• Paid time off (PTO)
