What if there was a way to identify the beliefs that hold you back and create new beliefs.

What if you could identify and remove barriers to your growth?

Hypnosis has the power to help develop a profound awareness that brings clarity and wisdom

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation and focused concentration. Hypnotherapy is a powerful form of therapy done while one is in a state of hypnosis.

Hypnosis taps into the subconscious via a deep state of relaxation. In this state, negative core beliefs and painful life memories are easily accessible.  Negative subconscious core beliefs, feelings and experiences work against us without our awareness.  Most people do not realize that 90% of their behaviors and feelings are due to feelings and experiences stored in the subconscious mind. Without our awareness we may hold negative self-limiting beliefs which keep us from moving forward, beliefs such as, "I'm not good enough,"

" Others can't be trusted." "I have no one." Painful life events that led to the formation of unhealthy life events are then processed in therapy in order to help develop self-compassion, hope and develop new beliefs which lead to positive transformation.

"Ana was phenomenal in how she helped me readjust to a new career. Having experienced a very public dismissal from a high-profile job, after only a few sessions with Ana, I was able to pivot and start a new career in real estate, and along with another job in a nonprofit, I now work fewer hours and make more than I did in my prior career, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life with my family. "
