Hello and welcome to the Center for Intuitive Growth and Healing. We provide outpatient mental health services to adults and couples. We're committed to providing you the highest level of care because mental health is our passion.

The Center is founded on the belief that self-love and compassion is the foundation for good mental health. Deep within us all exists an inner intuitive healing intelligence. We help you tap into your inner wisdom to help you overcome difficulties and remember your resiliency. Our approach is compassionate, nurturing, and integrative.

Our practice is located in Chicago. We offer in person and virtual appointments.

We blend the science of the mind, body and spirit to provide you with visible lasting results. At the onset of treatment, we will work together to help you identify goals and work diligently to help you reach those goals. Our goal is to help you thrive in all areas of your life.

Clients who work with us report significant life improvements. Rest assured that you will be supported and guided throughout your treatment. Clients report a sense of hope and direction within the first two sessions.

Services Offered

Adult Individual Therapy

If you are struggling with a difficult time in your life or struggling with past unresolved feelings, therapy can help move you forward. We will help support and guide you as you work through your feelings. Therapy can also help improve your confidence and communication skills. We work with you to identify patterns, beliefs and unresolved feelings that are interfering with your ability to relax, enjoy relationships or reach your goals.

Couples Counseling

From time to time all couples experience a rough patch in their relationship. Perhaps you and your partner find yourselves stuck in a cyclical pattern of arguments. Our approach is non-blaming and unbiased. We help you and your partner enhance intimacy and improve communication. We help couples develop compassion and trust for each other while providing a safe space to help heal relational wounds. (We do not accept insurance for Couples Therapy)
